I also analyzed sales data, resulting in actionable insights and cost savings.

 

My initiatives included spearheading OCBC Wisma Atria's inaugural anniversary celebration and organizing an exclusive meet-and-greet with Singapore's national athletes, the Quah Siblings.

I spearheaded marketing campaigns for the American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card in the Global Commercial Services (GCS) department. By analyzing content strategies from leading B2B businesses, I shaped the SBS Card's content strategy, targeting enhanced monthly user acquisition.

 

During the company’s internship graduation project, I took the lead in a research sprint on the competitive landscape of credit cards, surveying millennials in Singapore to pinpoint their preferences. This research informed the marketing solutions I proposed to the management team.

 

Furthermore, I was pivotal in planning and editing videos for the introduction of Amex Flex, a program crafted to streamline employees' return to the office.

By diligently examining consumer behavior data insights, I provided the social media team with reports that informed our content strategy, aiming to enhance engagement rates. My leadership in both content strategy and calendar planning culminated in a notable increase in engagement rate.

I spearheaded transformative social media campaigns, increasing our corporate Instagram following from 20 to 2 200 within five months, resulting in an 18-fold boost in sales. Under my guidance, our annual marketing plan and curated posts amplified our online reach to an average of 13 000 unique viewers per post. I introduced robust KPIs to fine-tune our strategy based on data insights.

 

This proactive approach also extended to a comprehensive business review, encompassing competitive analyses and turnover optimization. Furthermore, through A/B testing of marketing promotions, I collaborated with management to refine our consumer engagement tactics.
